 LOVE IN ACTION SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FEES

Fees charged are for services rendered and time invested. Fees are due and payable regardless of the outcome of the intervention. While percentages of success are high, results are not guaranteed. All fees are non-refundable.

Payment of Fees:  Fees for services are due as follows unless otherwise agreed upon by Keith Bradley or William Culkin. If being billed electronically, fees are due upon receipt of invoice. If paying in person, fees are due at initial family meeting. Transportation fees will be billed following completion of transport and will be due upon receipt of transportation invoice.

INTERFERENCE

It is vital to the success of the intervention that the planning and direction of the interventionist engaged be followed exactly as presented.  Interference from any intervention team member causing a deviation from the plan laid out by the interventionist engaged may directly affect the outcome of the intervention and may result in said team member being excused from the team and required to leave the premises where the intervention is being conducted.
